Cinnamon is originated in Sri Lanka and due to its unique characteristics, it can be identified as under GI protection. “Pure Sri Lankan Cinnamon” is the internationally identified Cinnamon brand in Sri Lanka and consists of several intrinsic characteristics named as Cinnamomum Zeylanicum Blume. Today Cinnamon is identified as the most popular spice category all over the world due to its health benefits and its unique medicinal properties with a highly generous amount of antioxidants. ALBA
It is a prized grade of Sri Lankan Cinnamon that is, by far, the most expensive. It is slender and brittle and abound with a sweet taste, pleasant aroma and a powerful flavour.

C5 – Special
This grade of Sri Lankan Cinnamon is highly sought after for its character, taste, smell and excellent flavour

C5
This highly sought after grade of Sri Lankan Cinnamon is smooth and slender in appearance, sweet in taste with a deep yellow colour.

C4
This is a popular grade that is greatly in demand for its smoothness, exquisite fragrance, pale yellow colour and sweet taste.

M5
It is relatively rougher in texture and thinner in appearance.

M4
This is made up of chosen parts of high quality Cinnamon.

H1
It is made up of the most expensive components of the rough Cinnamon bark.

H2
Consists largely (up to 90%) of golden yellow Cinnamon quills of high quality.

H2 FAQ
Mainly consists of the less brittle quills of H2 grade.

Cinnamon Powder
Ceylon Cinnamon of any grade, finely powdered to any required mesh size.

No. 1 Quillings
This grade mainly consists of larger quillings that result from the baling process.

No. 2 Quillings
This grade consists of smaller quillings that result from the baling process.

Cut Cinnamon
This mainly consists of perfectly cut bundles of Ceylon Cinnamon of any desired grade.

Cinnamon Leaves
Available fresh or dried in any quantity to be used for food preparations.
Cinnamon Leaf Oil
Concentrated pure Sri Lankan Cinnamon leaf oil containing a high percentage of Cinnamon Eugenol.
